Company Policy

Customer Order Policy:

A minimum order for custom made is 80 dozen.
For an order less than 80 dozen $50 for each item will be charged.
Custom made product cannot be returned.
The lead time is mostly 4-8 weeks depending on the quantity.

Customer Return Policy

1. Complaints must be made in writing immediately after receipt of goods. In case of a production fault or delivery of wrong products we will replace the goods as soon as possible.
2. An adequate processing fee will be charged for returned deliveries not due to manufactures fault.
3. There is no right of return.If of original packaging has been damaged.

For products which have been taken off our current sales program
For products pass 4 month after receiving
For special order product

4. Before any good can be return, ARC must be informed and agree in writing.
5. If unsterile or used material is being returned, which must be clearly marked on the packaging.
